You know how it goes most everyone starts new things on mondays (diet, exercise, ect) Well tomorrow will be my first day to go back to work after the break and now I will be teaching 4 classes instead of 2 (spinning) and I am going to start my new marathon training as well. I don’t know how I will balance it all out yet so that I don’t over work myself. I guess I will just take it as it comes if only there were more hours in the day. Not that I would have more time to workout I would just end up filling it up with kid stuff! Well for all of you starting out tomorrow if for the first time or not I wish you the best and a very healthy new year!

Hi! Just thought I would stop in and say hello because I have not been online for a while. Everything is going really good I am still hitting it hard at the gym five to six times a week. I have started helping a friend to lose weight and she is rockn. She has 70 lbs that she wanted to lose from the start of when we started working out together and is now down by 15 lbs. Hope every one is doing well talk to you soon
Sorry I have not been keeping in touch very well I have been working my butt off. I have been teaching two classes a week and going to three It feels good to be back to a set workout although I have not been running so I will do that in the morning instead of going to my friday class. A few weeks ago when I was running I had started on sprints and that seemed to really improve my time so it will be interesting to see where I am at right now. Today is my off day it is normally on fridays but I deceided that today would have to be my off day and friday I will be running. Time to hit it hard found out today that I will be going to work 2 days a week teaching spinning. Now I have no choice but to work out! I have been gone the last week hubby and I went on our honeymoon that was 10 years late! Anyway hope everyone out there is staying on track with workouts and training. I am hoping that the dr will give the ok to get back to my running this week. Being on vacation helped the last week go by without running a little faster there was so much to do that I didn’t dwell on the fact that my training was getting away from me. So wish me luck going to the dr maybe I can get caught back up!
Well it looks like I will not be running for awhile. The weekend before memorial weekend I ate it in the gravel while running and had to get stitches in my knee. I did not listen to the dr and ran in the bolder boulder the next weekend. Well as you can guess it hasn’t healed like I needed it to so the dr said no running for two weeks and after that we will see. It was the whole I told you so. It just goes to show you can’t rush things like this you need to listen to your body and remember that you are not super women in spite of what you tell yourself! But not to worry I will be doing cross training he said I could be on my bike (not the same but will have to do for now).
