I have a friend who would like to lose some weight so we met at the gym and we did a 30 min spinning class just her and I and we did some weights. It sounds bad but I forget what kind of shape I really am in when I take someone to the gym who doesn’t go. It made me think of how far I have come over the last year. My new goal is eating better I haven’t been eating bad in the past just not as good as what I should be for all that I have started doing so far so good I am learning more all the time. In time I would like my body to really show the work and dedacationĀ  that goes in to all that I do.
