I have started tracking my eating and I have no idea what I am doing. Does any one know a good web sit that I could go to that will help me to figure out what I need (cal. fat carbs ect) Because I don’t think keeping track will do anything for me if I don’t know what to eat.

I have a friend who would like to lose some weight so we met at the gym and we did a 30 min spinning class just her and I and we did some weights. It sounds bad but I forget what kind of shape I really am in when I take someone to the gym who doesn’t go. It made me think of how far I have come over the last year. My new goal is eating better I haven’t been eating bad in the past just not as good as what I should be for all that I have started doing so far so good I am learning more all the time. In time I would like my body to really show the work and dedacation that goes in to all that I do.

Hi! Just thought I would stop in and say hello because I have not been online for a while. Everything is going really good I am still hitting it hard at the gym five to six times a week. I have started helping a friend to lose weight and she is rockn. She has 70 lbs that she wanted to lose from the start of when we started working out together and is now down by 15 lbs.
