off day

Today is my off  day it is normally on fridays  but  I  deceided  that today would have to be my off day and friday I will be running.  Time to hit it hard found out today that I will be going to work 2 days a week teaching spinning. Now I have no choice but to work out! Hope things are going well for all of you out there talk to you soon.

I have been really lazy lately. I have had no motivation the last day that I worked out before yesterday was the 6th of this month. So this week I am getting back to the training! I also started the 100 pushup challenge I needed something different for awhile so that will be part of my training for now. I don’t really care as much about the pushups as I do the running I just thought it would be fun to try. So anyways hope everyone is doing great on their trainings and workouts!
