I was going to swim laps at the pool today but there were so many people there. The girls and I decieded that after dinner would be a good time to go for a walk so they got on their bikes and I put the youngest in the running stroller and we were off! They did really good they love going with me on their bikes because I don’t let them go off our street. I got in a good workout there are alot of hills in our town in fact you can’t really go any where without going up one. So with that in mind when you have no choice but to go up hills and you have to push a 37 lb kid around need I say more!

I did my run this morning it felt good to get out and run while it was quite and cool. I was going to do 3ml but my legs felt weak so I only made it about 2 ml. I feel like it is better then nothing I hope to be able to run further on sun. I didn’t end up doing my 3 ml last night either. I have a really hard time doing my workouts at night because at the end of the day I am done so I am hoping to change that as well. Tomorrow is my rest day thank goodness!

I am going to start on monday with my training for a 1/2 marathon. I am not so worried about the workouts but I am a little concerned about the eating part. Eating healthy is not my strong point. I know if I do eat better it will help with my end result its just getting to that point. Wish me luck!
