I have started tracking my eating and I have no idea what I am doing. Does any one know a good web sit that I could go to that will help me to figure out what I need (cal. fat carbs ect) Because I don’t think keeping track will do anything for me if I don’t know what to eat.

I have a friend who would like to lose some weight so we met at the gym and we did a 30 min spinning class just her and I and we did some weights. It sounds bad but I forget what kind of shape I really am in when I take someone to the gym who doesn’t go. It made me think of how far I have come over the last year. My new goal is eating better I haven’t been eating bad in the past just not as good as what I should be for all that I have started doing so far so good I am learning more all the time. In time I would like my body to really show the work and dedacation that goes in to all that I do.

Hi! Just thought I would stop in and say hello because I have not been online for a while. Everything is going really good I am still hitting it hard at the gym five to six times a week. I have started helping a friend to lose weight and she is rockn. She has 70 lbs that she wanted to lose from the start of when we started working out together and is now down by 15 lbs. Hope every one is doing well talk to you soon
I have finally settelled into my new routine with the kids being in school and teaching. I don’t feel like I am dragging so much just goes to show you what sleeping in with the kids does to you through the summer. I have not been getting in the running that I want but I needed to start with what I had first so hopefully that will start up again soon. I also haven’t found a race that is close by yet so if you know of any good ones in colorado (1/2 marathon) let me know.

Sorry I have not been keeping in touch very well I have been working my butt off. I have been teaching two classes a week and going to three It feels good to be back to a set workout although I have not been running so I will do that in the morning instead of going to my friday class. A few weeks ago when I was running I had started on sprints and that seemed to really improve my time so it will be interesting to see where I am at right now. Today is my off day it is normally on fridays but I deceided that today would have to be my off day and friday I will be running. Time to hit it hard found out today that I will be going to work 2 days a week teaching spinning. Now I have no choice but to work out!
